This privacy policy applies to the Whisk Clock app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by RZEŹNIK SP Z O O, collectively referred to as the “Application”. RZEŹNIK SP Z O O is referred to as the “Service Provider”.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted only to facilitate network connectivity. The Service Provider does not retain this data or use it for tracking.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Since the Application does not collect any information, no personal data is shared with third parties by the Service Provider.
The Application may be distributed through Google Play. Google Play and related third-party services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.
What are my opt-out rights?
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it simply removes the Application from your device.
Data Retention
The Service Provider does not collect or retain personal data through the Application. Because no personal data is collected or stored by the Service Provider, there is no personal data retention period for normal app use.
Any timer history, favorites, or settings created inside the Application are intended to remain local to the user’s device and are not transferred to or stored on Service Provider servers.
Data Deletion
The Application does not store personal data on Service Provider servers, so there is no server-side personal data to delete for normal app use.
Users can remove local app information by using available in-app controls such as Clear History or Reset Favorites, where available, or by uninstalling the Application from the device.
If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by email, you may request deletion of that voluntarily submitted information by contacting support@rzeznik.it.com.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s personal data is not collected by the Application. If information is voluntarily provided by other means and relates to a child, a parent or guardian may contact the Service Provider to request deletion.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data, the risk of personal data exposure through normal app use is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any information voluntarily provided outside the Application.
Data Breach Notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting personal data from the Application is minimal. If a breach occurs involving any information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, notification will be provided as required by applicable law.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting an updated Privacy Policy with a new effective date. Where required by law, consent will be requested before material changes take effect.

Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
